Our shipping is made easy for you!

We will aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm western standard time on the same business day. Any orders places after 12pm will go out on the next business day. All of our parcels are available to be tracked, via a tracking number emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched,

Shipping Within Australia

For orders under $75AUD, we charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling.    The average time for arrival to most places in Australia is 4 to 6 business days.  However due to covid-19 Australia post is experiencing some delays, we strongly recommend choosing the express post option if  you need your purchase urgently. All parcels are sent via registered and trackable parcel post. 

For orders over $75, we offer free standard shipping to anywhere within Australia which is fully trackable and registered.

Want it faster?  For just $10.00 extra, add Express Shipping to any order to have your products to your door within 2 business days.  Fully trackable and registered this is the fastest way to receive your order.

Once we have picked and packed your item and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email advising that your item has been dispatched and is on it's way to you.  If you opted to have a trackable order, then the tracking number will be included in this email.

Payments

We accept both credit card and Paypal purchases from our site.  We are fully encrypted meaning that no one will ever get their hands on your information!  We also now offer Afterpay, Zippay & Lay-by which allows you to buy your product now, have it shipped to you straight away and pay it off in instalments at no extra charge.

Returns

Package unopened?  Unused?  No problems!

Please contact our customer service team at ministryofshave@gmail.com to arrange a refund. Providing that all of the goods have been unopened and unused, along with the original packaging being provided and in re saleable condition, we will refund the purchase price of your item less a 20% restocking fee.

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with a tracking number attached and provided to ministryofshave@gmail.com prior to the item being sent.

Please allow 14 days from the time of returned item received for you refund to be processed.
