  • Ministry of Shave was created in 2014 to provide men all around the world with a luxurious shaving experience right in their own homes.  Utilising the wet shaving technique and combining it with some of the finest natural ingredients available,  we have bought together everything required for you to have the perfect shave.  No more bumps, reduce ingrown hairs, shave easier with more comfort, better glide and then top it all off with one of our refreshing after shave balms.  We offer world class products, made right here in Adelaide, Australia and shipped from our Adelaide warehouse.

    5 different scents combined with 3 different brushes mean we have something to cater for every gentleman.  It's your choice. Pick your scent, pick your brush and have it all delivered in the perfect package right to your door.

• Shippings & Returns

  • Our shipping is made easy for you!

    We aim to ship all products from our warehouse by 4pm, eastern standard time.  Get your order in before this time and be assured that your new product will be on it's way on the same day!  Any orders received after 4pm eastern standard time will be sent next business day.  All of our parcels are available to be tracked, via a tracking number emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched,

    Shipping Within Australia

    For orders under $75AUD, we charge a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling.    The average time for arrival to most places in Australia is 4 to 6 business days.  All parcels are sent via registered and trackable parcel post.

    For orders over $75, we offer free standard shipping to anywhere within Australia which is fully trackable and registered.

    Want it faster?  For just $10.00 extra, add Express Shipping to any order to have your products to your door within 2 business days.  Fully trackable and registered this is the fastest way to receive your order.

    International Shipping

    For orders outside of Australia we have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $25 to anywhere in the world.  Fully traceable, please allow up to 15 business days for your item to arrive. For orders over $350 AUD, standard international shipping is free.

     Once we have picked and packed your item and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email advising that your item has been dispatched and is on it's way to you.  If you opted to have a trackable order, then the tracking number will be included in this email.

    Payments

    We accept both credit card and Paypal purchases from our site.  We are fully encrypted meaning that no one will ever get their hands on your information!  We also now offer Afterpay, which allows you to buy your product now, have it shipped to you straight away and pay it off over 4 fortnightly payments at no extra charge.

    Returns

    Package unopened?  Unused?  No problems!

    Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ministryofshave.com.au to arrange a refund. Providing that all of the goods have been unopened and unused, along with the original packaging being provided and in re saleable condition, we will refund the purchase price of your item less a 20% restocking fee.

    All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with a tracking number attached and provided to shipping@ministryofshave.com.au prior to the item being sent.

    Please allow 14 days from the time of returned item received for you refund to be processed.

    We offer the ultimate in flexibility when it comes to purchasing any of our products!  Want to pay it off over time interest free?  Select 'Afterpay' at checkout and using any credit card you are able to pay off any of our products over time!  The total checkout price is repaid over 8 weeks with repayments being made directly from your credit or debit card every fortnight.  No interest ever, no long forms.  Quick and easy with approval in seconds.

    How does it work?

    Select 'Afterpay' at checkout.  You will be redirected to create an Afterpay account.  Create the account,  and you will be shown the repayments to be made and the schedule when they will be removed from your credit card.

    Are there any extra charges to use Afterpay?

    None.  No interest, no fees.  It's free to use!

    How often are do I have to make payments?

    Every 2 weeks from the date of purchase over an 8 week period- 4 payments in total.

    When do I make the first payment? 

    The first payment is usually made in 2 weeks from the date of purchase.  In some instances, Afterpay may require the first payment upon checkout in which Afterpay (not Ministry of Shave) will debit from your nominated card.

    Do I know how much I need to pay?

    Yes,  the repayments remain the same for each of the 4 fortnightly repayments.
