For orders under $75 AUD, we offer a flat rate of $7 for shipping and handling. Most locations in Australia can expect delivery within 4 to 6 business days.  To get your purchase faster, we recommend choosing the Express Post option for just $10 extra, ensuring delivery to your door within 2 business days. All parcels are sent via registered and trackable parcel post, so you can keep an eye on your order's progress.

Unopened and unused? No worries! If you need to return a product, just contact our customer service team at ministryofshave@gmail.com, and they'll guide you through the process. For eligible returns with unopened and unused goods in their original packaging and re-saleable condition, we'll gladly refund the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.
